The idea to reconstruct a historic building whose foundations date back to the 14th century (illustrated by historic finds borrowed from the Moravian Archaelogical Institute,and exhibited in the brewery) dates to 1990.
Soon,in September 1992 the brewery and restaurant and hotel were opened for business. Ever since then, before the guest eyes, four basic PEGAS beers heve been brewed here:
